Admission Procedure

Tejas Vidyalaya’s admission process is strictly based on merit.
A simple and hassle-free three-step procedure is all you need to fulfill to begin your child’s journey towards educational excellence.

STEP 1

Collection and Submission of Details This is the stage where you fill out
the application forms with the required details. We collect these forms for
further action.

STEP 2

Interaction with the Parents
Post receiving your application, we contact the parents and invite them for a one-to-one interaction.

STEP 3

School Visit
We invite you to take a tour of our school campus and take a look at our
infrastructure and facilities

Admission Criteria

For Nursery, the child has to complete 3 years by 31st May of the academic session for which the parent is seeking admission.

Admission to higher classes is subject to merit and seat availability.

  • Caste certificate (if applicable)

FAQS

The admission is held shortly after Diwali.

Yes! We have one hour of Remedial Classes daily after school for children who require it.

We do not encourage inter school transfer though we carry the same philosophy and ethos.

Fees can be paid in two modes at HDFC Bank.

  1. Offline – Directly at the bank over the counter
  2. Online – Through Edu-Qfix Software.

Yes, we have optional food facility.

No, we do not have transport facility as we are located in the heart of the city.

Yes, the school is associated with Bhailal General Hospital, Vadodara.

Yes, the school has in-house full-time counselors and career counselor too.

We genuinely value parent’s feedback and support and believe that parents are our partners. Parent are connected though following ways –

  • Membership in Parent Teacher Association
  • As substitute/proxy teacher
  • As resource person to share their expertise & skill
  • By being present for all school activities & events
  • Volunteering as support in major school events
  • Sharing ideas and feedback for better functioning of school

Yes! We have series of teacher training session planned for their professional development.

Please Note:

  • Fees must be paid to the school office at the stipulated time. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the admission.
  • After seeking admission if for any reason you wish to withdraw your child from the school in the same month, fees for the first month will not be refunded.
